新年あけましておめでとうございます。
旧年中は皆さまにWCBのビールをご愛飲いただき、深く感謝申し上げます。
2021年には直営店「12 / Shimizu」と「OASIS」の新店舗がオープン。時を重ねるごとに、多くのお客様との出会いが増えていき、皆さまのWCBへの愛をたくさん感じることができました。いつも本当にありがとうございます🙇🏻♂️🙇🏻♀️🙇🏻
さてさて、2022年になったということで…遂に公式発表！！
昨夏のWCB2周年でお披露目していた、ウワサのあの案件。
『WCB直営ホテル』2022年初夏オープン予定！
場所は、もちろん我らが用宗。新型コロナウイルスの猛威によってスケジュールが延びていましたが、先月よりブルワリーの向かえにて建設作業が遂にスタート。
“ブルワリーに泊まれる”と言っても過言ではない、ビール好きには最高すぎるご褒美級の立地。開業と共にタップルームはホテル1Fのロビーへ移転し、休止中のブルワリー見学も再開を予定しています。
宿泊者のみが体験できる限定ビールとかプランとか、やりたいよね～…なんて話をしながら、Projectチームで日々MTGを重ねています。ホテルの名前も実は別でちゃーんとあって。

本年も皆さまにWCBのクラフトビールを、そして地元・用宗や静岡をたっっっぷりと楽しんでいただけるよう、邁進してまいります。
新型コロナウイルスの終息を切に願い、多くのWCBファンの方が気兼ねなく静岡へ訪れることのできる日々が、いち早く訪れますように。

So what does the Hop Dude have in store for 2022?
Picking up where we left off with the opening of two locations in our own backyard ("12" Shimizu and "Oasis" in Hamamatsu), we are excited to announce officially (after much unavoidable Covid-related delay) we will be moving forward with our brewery-adjacent 6-room hotel, scheduled to open July 2022. Making beer goes way beyond it just being damn tasty (although that is decidedly #1), we believe it's also very much about place and space and one of our missions at WCB is to do everything we can to make your beer "moments" even better. The hotel will be an extension of the brewery, with tons of awesome perks for visitors to take a deeper dive into WCB and Hop Dude lore. It will be a truly unique experience that we cannot wait to share with our fans and beer friends.
We are also planning this year to start releasing our barrel-aged mixed fermentation goodies - announcements to come later in the year. This will be in addition to our usual offerings each week, we love the churn and creative push, expect tons of new brews in addition to twists on old favs and throwbacks, and much, much more.
