Breadwinner by day and full-stop lupulin freedom fighter by night, meet our newest Hop Hero. Leading a syndicate of speakeasies can't be ...easy - but he makes it so citrusy. So tropical (doesn't hurt that he has his finger on the pulse of the craftbeer consuming masses either). The latest addition to his arsenal is UNDERGROUND HERO, a 7.0% "white" hazy IPA jam-packed with Idaho7, Sultana and Nelson hops. An intense pink grapefruit, lemon and pineapple nose is quickly taken to task by a citrusy fruit peel flavor rush, not to mention this one is light on the body for those of you who are specced 100% into HazyDrinker and are farming for godrolls. This one is out of the box super fresh, and just in time for IBrew Ebisu ("Base of Operations") to celebrate their 2nd anniversary. Congrats hop dudes, we will be up to visit soon.
