前作“Handy Boi”のリリースから時を経て、ブラッシュアップに磨きをかけ、新たな顔を覗かせる、“Super Handy Boi”のレシピが遂に完成した！
今回のドライホップで主役に選んだのはYCHの“HBC586”。お馴染みStrataやIdaho7と組み合わせ生まれるのは、ベリーやコンコードグレープを連想するアロマに、グレープフルーツのような柑橘の印象。さらには、パパイヤ&ライチなトロピカル系ニュアンスも。アロマ通りの味わいとミディアムライトボディな飲み口が◎。
家族を愛し、仲間を労わる。せわしない日々に、つい見落としてしまいそうなコトも、一つひとつしっかりと拾って大切する幸せの象徴。ビールの美味さはレシピがすべてじゃなく、どれだけの温かい想いが込められているかも、きっと重要なのだ。
Our official in-house Handi Boi Ishi worked his recipe magic to bring you a 6% American Pale Ale that absolutely SMOKES. And where there is SMOKE there is FIRE and this elixir is exactly that. It is so American Pale Ale SZN. It might be for the rest of our lives, though (that’s not hyperbole, either). Berry and Concord grape aromatics? Hints of grapefruit citrus? Herbaceous undertones of mint and fresh-cut grass + papaya and lychee. Masked ABV with a responsive yet subtle bitterness and balance and I’m drooling just writing up the description. If you are a fan of the clearer hoppy offerings, this might be your favorite WCB concoction of the year (and there’s plenty more in the pipeline where this came from).
