あの誰もが知る“狂ったセブン”を彷彿とさせる？！素晴らしいビールのラインアップに恵まれた、横須賀のビアバー&ボトルショップ、その名も『seven』。先日のOpenを祝し“7”月に合わせコラボビールが完成！
リクエストいただいたビアスタイルは、West Coast Lager。暑い夏の季節を楽しむなら、ビールはパイントでしょ！ってことで、いくらでも飲めちゃう爽やかな飲み口に加え、West Coastスタイルなドライホップで余韻もしっかり◎。
グレープフルーツやオレンジの柑橘系アロマに続き、パイナップルやメロンのトロピカルなニュアンス。松のようなウッディな香りに草の印象も。強めのボディやホップ感にマイルドな苦みが夏の猛暑に沁みわたる。
We cooked up a West Coast Lager (IPA!) for our friends at Seven, a brand new craft space in Yokosuka. Nelson provides the dankness, with Citra and Centennial bringing the piney/woody and citrus vibes. Not too bold for the heat and humidity, but with just the right amount of complexity we’ve come to expect from a WC Lager (ahem, IPA). Grats on the new digs and to more excellent WCB sessions in the Kanagawa area🤟🏼
