先日のWCB5周年でも絶品タコスを振る舞ってくれた、東京・尾山台『CHELAS』さんの2周年をお祝い。
目隠しHop Dudeが狙いを定める先には、ホップをぎゅうっと詰め込んだPiñata🦄🎉ひと口飲めば、弾けるようなMosaic & Strataの華やかでフルーティーな香りに包まれて、彼らの作るタコスとの相性は言わずもがな最高！
刈りたての草を思わせるフレッシュなアロマに、パイナップルのようなトロピカルノート。オレンジなどの柑橘類やコンコードグレープ、ベリーのヒント。ウッディな要素にパインやダンク感、甘いアロマが広がる。

Swing away young Hop Dudes. This Mosaic and Strata-laden party favor is clear, crisp, and freaking brilliant. Did I mention clear? And since when did 5% pale ales hit this dank? We named it a “California Pale Ale” because we can😏 But also because we wanted something SoCal (LA/SD), aka lighter body but just enough to handle / let the hop load shine, and something bright enough to outlast (make you forget for even a split second) the irregular and insane, blazing July Japanese heat (it’s literally Thailand here right now). This brew has it all, thirst quenching, taste bud stimulating, just come and get this. We might have released our best summer elixir ever. Brewed to celebrate Team Chelas’ 2nd year anni🥳
