Hop DudeがAOIビールのホップライブラリーから大量の欧州系ホップを出し、またそれを無責任なくらいアルケミストの錬金釜に投入しWCB得意のHazy IPAが完成。
Represent 静岡市の究極のコラボ。
レモンアイスや梨の様なフレーバーで、ヘイジーならではの口当たりにドイツ、フランス系のホップに宿る爽やかさ、軽やかささえも感じる優しい仕上がり。
これから待ち受ける記録更新型であろう猛暑からの休息の為のHazy！
そしてなんと今回はHop DudeがAOIビールにも侵入し、酵母違いの同じレシピを一緒に醸造。思いを共にしたローカルBudsの共創ビール。酵母違いのAOIビールとの対が誕生することにワクワクがとまらない、飲み比べ必須😎
Two Hop Dudes are better than one!
WCB Best Buds is back, this time with our cross town buddies at Aoi Brewing. Known for a more traditional take on their liquid goodies, we nabbed an irresponsible amount of Aoi’s noble hop stash and then did what the Hop Dude does best - dumped them alllllll into the pressure cookers. The result is a light and crisp hazy delight, huge on fruit and super smooth for a respite from that record breaking heat. Lemon popsicle and pear anyone?
Hop Dude brewed the same beer on the Aoi system but with a different yeast for super shenanigans - get your hands on both and give them a whirl!😎
