Particle Ocean
West Coast Triple IPA / 9.0% ABV
w/Mosaic, Strata & Cascade
While not quite as accurate, there is definitely a concept similar to EQ in beer. A bolder low end for instrument X, a cut-off to relieve overlap and stress in the middle for instrument Y, addition and subtraction -> repeat ad infinitum. For big West Coast Style Triple India Pale Ales, and for all of our brews in general really, it's about that BALANCE. Solid lupulin aroma and flavor throughout, a dry finish for drinkability and of course having a relatively short leash in terms of style and profile. Particle Ocean checks <virtually> every box there is, juiced up with Strata, Mosaic and NZ Cascade for extreme tropical goodness. Super clear/clean and ultra gold, with canteloupe, orange blossom and strawberry hits just the prologue for a massive chorus of mango, pineapple and orange. I had more written here but IG likes to block our posts these days for reasons we cannot comprehend; so I am altering it in the hopes that it will actually pass whatever test there is that we are failing. Because new beer info!
