醸造業界に携わる女性やノンバイナリーの方々を支援する世界的な団体『Pink Boots Society®』。WCBが参加するのは今年で3年目🌼🌼🌼ブルワーのMarianをリーダーに、3月の国際女性デーにあわせて行われる“Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day®”として「Hop Boots 2025」の仕込みを行いました。
昨年に続きWCBブルワーのHasumiがレシピを担当。ドライホップとして@yakimachief が特別にカスタムしたPink Boots Blend(今年はKrush・Simcoe・Mosaic・Chinookをブレンド)とSimcoe&Mosaicを使用。
琥珀色の淡い霞がかったMountain IPA。マンゴーやパッションフルーツを連想させるトロピカル感やグレープフルーツのような柑橘アロマ。フレーバーにはマスカットやグレープ、さらにはメロンの印象、そしてウッディな余韻へ。香草のようなニュアンスと、春の訪れのように爽やかで優しい甘さがフルーティーな風味を引き立てている。
WCBでは、あらゆる部門でたくさんの女性が活躍中。でもそれって私たちからしたら全然特別なことでは無くて、みんなが共通して想っているのは、“WCBで働く自分もビールも大好きだ！”というコト。性別や性差に捉われず好きなものを分かち合い、いつでも楽しみながら自分らしく輝けるこの環境に、とても感謝しています。
そして今年の仕込み作業も、私たちの想いに賛同してくれるメンバーを迎え、ビールの仕込み作業を手伝っていただきました🤝🏼🌷

To celebrate International Women’s Day (March 8), we brewed a @pinkbootssociety Collaboration beer, just like last year. As always, the proceeds from this brew will be used to fund scholarships that support the Pink Boots mission—advancing the education and professional growth of women and non-binary individuals in the beer industry worldwide. It was an inspiring day, showcasing the power of community and the importance of uplifting one another to grow and succeed.
