新年早々、蒼ざめるほどにぶっ放す！漸進しながら一つひとつ。繊細さとスキルを磨き続けて27回目。細やかな味わいの変化を掌で巧みに操るホップの調合は、他を圧倒させるほどの衝撃波。
洋梨や赤肉メロンのような甘いアロマ。黄桃を連想させる果実の風味と共に、徐々にグレープフルーツらしい柑橘の印象も。シルキーな口当たりに寄り添うアルコール感には、メロンを思わせる余韻が口の中に広がる。ホップのアロマの立ちと、甘さと苦みのバランス◎。
TDHSSRの飲み過ぎで、寝正月を堪能したHop Dudeたちも、ようやくシャキッと覚醒。2023年に願うことはただ一つ。相も変わらず「More Hops!!!」今年もホップ豊かな一年になりますように。

Pacific Sunrise, Enigma, Motueka and Idaho 7 round out a very NZ-centric dry hop, pushing pear/melon aromas with flavor hits of pineapple and grapefruit citrus. 2023 means better hops and new hop goodies - the combos are about to come hot and heavy folks.
