今回のドライホップではホップ7品種を組み合わせた超強力構成。マンゴー&パイナップルのトロピカル祭りに絡み合う柑橘系のニュアンス。さらには、ネクタリンや桃を思わせるアロマに、マシュマロやバニラ、バブルガムを連想させるスウィートな香りが調和。アルコール由来の温かみに寄り添うように、まろやかな甘みと優しい苦みの余韻で締めくくり。
Leave it to the Alchemist and his Hop Dude allies to come up with an answer to the looming darkness. Building on the original recipe and adding an additional injection of lupulin goodness, the Super Sunrise is a double dry hopped maelstrom of juicy tropical insanity. The Alchemist insisted on letting this one rest even longer in the cauldrons for increased drinkability and made even more tweaks to push the smoothness over the top.
