DDH Hazy Double IPA / 8.5% ABV
w/Cashmere, Sultana, Mosaic, Mosaic CRYO & Motueka
誰も知らない、僕だけの秘密の場所。幼い頃から、どんな時でも変わらない風光明媚なこの一帯。グラスの向こう側さえ見ることのできないHazyに降り注ぐ、一面の雪景色。澄み切った空気は気持ちを浄化させ、豊かな自然は心のエネルギーに。広がる雲海からは、あふれるほどのインスピレーションを。
レモンやストロベリー、洋梨を連想させるアロマ。パイナップルにパパイヤ、マンゴーのトロピカルフルーツ感ある風味の奥に、レモンキャンディーのようなシトラスの印象も。また、ホップのフレッシュさを感じ、超ジューシーな口当たり。微かな渋みと甘さのバランスが取れ、バランス良い締めくくりに。

Not just one or two of them. We wanted them ALL.
Did we get them all? Maybe not. But this beer did. Stare into your glass and respect that haze. We pulled that right out of the sky Hop Dudes. And while we were busy rounding up fluffy goodies for your drinking enjoyment, we also added in LOTS of hops. Mosaic and some Mosaic CRYO, plus a tad and touch of a few of our recent favs Sultana, Cashmere and Motueka. Mosaic brings the berry / dank aromas to the party, Motueka for juicy fruit goodness and Cashmere for pillowy mouthfeels for Kimochi-yosa and unlimited drinkability. At 8.5% All the Clouds aren’t going to be enough to keep you from coming back for another sip, and dangerously drinkable citrus treasures are exactly what the Hop Doc ordered with spring finally on the horizon. Forget silver linings, just go and get ALL THE CLOUDS. Every last one of them.
