サイダーとは、りんご果汁を発酵させて造られたアルコール飲料のこと。魅惑のりんごちゃんは爽快でドライ、甘さ控えめ。まるで、オトナのためのりんごジュース。でもしっかりお酒！
今回は「ふじ」「つがる」「グラニースミス」の果汁をブレンドして使用。赤りんごの優しくジューシーな甘みと、フレッシュさを纏った青リンゴの酸味の絶妙バランス。心地良い口当たりに爽やかでドライな後味は、春を飛び越え初夏を呼ぶ？！
禁断の果実を手にするのは、白雪姫の魔女……を彷彿とさせる、Hop Academyの校長ことWhite Wizard。多くのHop Dudeたちから慕われている彼だけど、チラリと覗く闇の気配。
ビールとサイダーの狭間で揺れる欲望。果たしてサイダーは、光と闇の対抗勢力になりうるのか。それとももう……。
Has been a while (sorry for the wait!) since we had the chance to cook this one up! Apples Apples is back, a hard cider combo blend of a few different varieties of Japanese goodies, fermented and filed neatly into a slightly sour and decidedly dry liquid format. The Alchemist made various improvements on previous iterations and the result is a crushable yet markedly different take on what you might traditionally rep as a hard cider (you know who you are, don’t hold us hostage).
