WCBの新たな試みとして造った🍎Hard Apple Cider🍎前回と同レシピで醸造に少し改良を加え、2ndバッチが登場！
サイダーとは、りんご果汁を発酵させて造られたアルコール飲料のこと。魅惑のりんごちゃんは、爽快でドライ、甘さ控えめなオトナのためのりんごジュース。
採れたてフレッシュ感のある、豊かなりんごの香りに、ライトボディー&心地よい酸味が広がる。りんごそのものをかじったような、優しい甘みの自然なフレーバー。スッキリとした味わいは、さまざまなフードとのペアリングにも◎。
禁断の果実を手にするのは、白雪姫の魔女……を彷彿とさせる、Hop Academyの校長ことWhite Wizard。多くのHop Dudeたちから慕われている彼だけど、チラリと覗く闇の気配。
ビールとサイダーの狭間で揺れる欲望。果たしてサイダーは、光と闇の対抗勢力になりうるのか。それとももう。。。
So the Hop Dude has been “exploring” with hard ciders. With a few changes this time around, and a decidedly more balanced blend of Nagano and Aomori apples (we are after all Equal Opportunity), the original recipe has been revamped and upgraded for mas apple hits and a drier “more like European cider” experience that our resident French Hop Dude has found super satisfactory. Just in time for reopening and evening shenanigans, def give this one a whirl and taste the difference just a few adjustments can make. Apples Apples and more 🍎 🍏 🍎 🍏😎🍻
