トロピカルなフレーバーに柑橘の香りが加わる。ほのかに感じるグレープやベリーのような甘いニュアンスやストーンフルーツの印象、さらにMosaic由来のダンクさを兼ね備えたフレーバー。ボディ感は保ちながらも、まろやかでスムースな飲み口と、ほんのりとした甘さが◎。
築き続けるレシピの裏で支える過去の功績。飲む者の期待を一身に背負いながらも、動じることのない彼の厳粛な立ち振る舞いは、ダークサイドも太刀打ちできない気骨の精神。
Our Alchemist has always had a thing for Riwaka. Hard to get, quality not great, expensive af. But now that the coffers have been padded with high quality goodies, the experimentation begins. FHAv36 is a bold combo of two of our favorite hops, Riwaka and Mosaic. We were expecting intense dank/tropical sensory, and man did this deliver. Mango, pineapple, lychee. A touch of stone fruit and peach. Low on the bitterness, and a touch on the sweet side, v36 is dangerously drinkable. We also rolled back our yeast changes from previous variations. Let’s just say the Alchemist is VERY back.
