「Now You See Me」との双璧的な一杯。頻度低めなリリースかつ超貴重数だったがために、幻となっていた噂の「Now You Don't」。……2025年、ようやく帰ってまいりました。
NYSMと同じホップ「Mosaic」「Motueka KM09※」「Cashmere」を使いドライホッピング。酵母のみWest Coast系に変えたレシピは、果たしてどのように味が違うのか？飲み比べて楽しむシリーズ作。
※WCBが保有している @freestylehops のMotuekaの中で、より柑橘感が強いとされるロット
めくるめくニュアンス祭り(メロン・グラッシー・ウッディ・パイン・ダンクネス)なアロマに続き、パイナップルやマンゴーのようなトロピカル感にオレンジを思わせる柑橘のフレーバー。引き立つ香りと味わいのギャップに杯がススむ！
満を持して、超久しぶりの再登場。初めての方も飲み逃しのないように、まずはHop Dudeをしっかり捕まえてーーー！
Now You Don't is the twin of Now You See Me, with the same dry hop regimen but a different yeast strain to give it that WC IPA style twist (actually it's just 3470 like all of our other WC soooooooo). NYD brings NYSM vibes of pineapple/mango, with citrus hits and wood/pine/dank to the endgame.
