2回目のリリースとなるも、前回が超貴重数だったがために、幻となっていたNow You don't。
NYSMと同じホップ(モザイク・モチュエカ・カシミア)を使ってドライホッピング。酵母のみWest Coast系に変えたレシピは、果たしてどのように味が違うのか？！
ブドウのような香りに、甘みのあるオレンジやピンクグレープフルーツの柑橘っぽさの後、メロンのようなフレーバーへ。ミディアムボディーでフルーティー、バランスの取れた苦みも◎。
満を持して、1年振りの再登場。
飲み逃しのないように、Hop Dudeをしっかり捕まえて！
Now You Don't is the twin of Now You See Me, with the same dry hop regimen but a different yeast strain to give it that WC IPA style twist. Mega fruity and semi-clear? Really-clear? You won't know until you pop that top (Hop Dude loves a good surprise).
